Life: Week 7

Another week of plague kept me mostly inactive, and so exhausted. For one terrible day, I even felt too sick to knit! Even so, I'm getting very close to finishing the sweater I've been knitting for myself. I'm amazed that I'll actually be finishing it in time to get some use out of it before summer. Most days this week, by the time I'd finished work, I was too tired to do much of anything but burrow under a blanket and binge watch Netflix until bedtime.  By Sunday morning, after finally getting a god night's sleep, I was feeling mostly better and having a major case of cabin fever. It only took a little convincing to get Andy to agree to a short hike to Wallace Falls. Even in the rain, this was a beautiful hike, and exactly what I'd needed! As we hiked, I kept an eye out for signs of spring, but there were none to be found - or at least none my eye could catch.

My cat discovered he can hop from my chair onto a shelf above my desk to supervise me working. Obviously it's become his new favorite spot!
